These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the grab33 platform, including all sportsbook, casino, slots and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
By creating an account on grab33 or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the grab33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and close any existing Account.
grab33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
grab33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Any Account found to have been opened by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending Bets voided and any deposits returned net of any withdrawals already processed, at grab33's sole discretion.
Each individual is entitled to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify grab33 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those activities were authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify grab33 immediately at [email protected].
Account registration is free. grab33 does not charge a registration fee, account maintenance fee or inactivity fee during the first twelve (12) months of account inactivity. After twelve (12) consecutive months of account inactivity, a monthly administrative charge of RM5 may be applied to the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Member.
All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10. There is no maximum single deposit, however grab33 reserves the right to apply deposit limits based on KYC verification status and responsible gaming assessments.
grab33 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Bank online banking, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:
grab33 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts not registered in the Member's verified name. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
grab33 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which shall be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — Sportsbook rules for sports betting markets, casino rules for table and live dealer games, and slot game rules as published by the respective game providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
grab33 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and, upon reasonable grounds for belief that a breach has occurred, to suspend or terminate the Account, withhold pending withdrawals and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the grab33 brand, logo, trademarks, trade names, software, design elements, odds data, written content and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of grab33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other licence or right is granted.
Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from grab33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grab33's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform or the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
grab33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill, arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if grab33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
grab33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance windows, technical faults, telecommunications failures and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. grab33 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
grab33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account termination for breach, grab33 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where termination occurs for any reason other than Member breach, any verified Account balance will be returned to the Member via the Member's registered payment method within 14 business days.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting grab33 customer support. Voluntary closure is subject to the settlement of any outstanding Bets and completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
grab33 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity.

grab33's collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data is governed by the grab33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
grab33 collects and processes personal data as necessary for the provision of the Services, compliance with KYC/AML obligations, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes. Data is held securely and is not sold to third parties.
grab33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory, legal or security reasons.
The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at grab33.win/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to grab33's licensed operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and grab33 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through grab33's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support at [email protected]. grab33 will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by grab33's licensing authority. The decision of such authority's adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

All grab33 members must be 21 years of age or older. Age and identity are verified before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are immediately closed.
Each individual is permitted one grab33 account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any winnings from prohibited multi-account activity being forfeited.
All deposits, bets and withdrawals on grab33 are in Malaysian Ringgit with no hidden conversion fees. Minimum deposit RM10, minimum withdrawal RM50. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go, Boost and Maybank.
Promotional bonus funds on grab33 carry a standard 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. Each promotion publishes its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general rule where they differ.
Withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name. grab33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This applies to all payment channels without exception.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion are all available from your grab33 account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
